### **Key Responsibilities**
* **Product Strategy & Vision:**
* Define and execute the product roadmap for your assigned domain, aligned with the company’s overall strategic goals and vision.
* Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and customer development to identify new product opportunities and industry trends.
* **Requirements & Execution:**
* Translate business objectives and user needs into clear, detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
* Prioritize the product backlog effectively, balancing immediate business needs, technical debt, and long-term strategic value.
* Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to QA, launch, and post-launch iteration in an Agile environment.
* **Cross-Functional Leadership:**
* Lead and inspire cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX/UI Design, QA, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success) to deliver exceptional products on time.
* Act as the central point of contact and product evangelist, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on product goals, timelines, and release updates.
* **Data-Driven Decision Making:**
* Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics (e.g., adoption, retention, engagement, conversion) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
* Utilize qualitative and quantitative feedback—including user testing, support tickets, and analytics data—to continuously refine the product experience.
* **Go-to-Market (GTM) & Enablement:**
* Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to develop impactful GTM strategies, pricing models, positioning, and launch collateral.
* Train internal teams on new product features and capabilities to ensure successful adoption and support.

### **Required Qualifications**
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). An MBA is a plus.
* **Experience:**
* 3–5+ years of product management experience building and scaling software products (SaaS experience strongly preferred).
* Demonstrated success taking products/features from conception to launch in an Agile/Scrum environment.
* **Skills & Competencies:**
* **User-Centric Mindset:** A deep empathy for users and a commitment to translating qualitative and quantitative insights into exceptional user experiences.
* **Analytical Acumen:** Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, SQL) and the ability to make data-backed decisions.
* **Technical Literacy:** Strong understanding of software development processes, API integrations, and modern tech stacks, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams.
* **Project Management:** Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
* **Soft Skills:**
* Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to both technical and non-technical audiences (including executive leadership).
* Strong leadership and influencing skills without formal authority.
* High emotional intelligence (EQ) and a collaborative, problem-solving attitude.
