In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications. You will bridge the gap between complex backend systems and intuitive user interfaces, playing a critical role in architectural decision-making, code quality, and technical mentorship. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in an agile environment and is passionate about shipping features that deliver tangible value to our users. ### Key Responsibilities * **Full-Stack Development:** Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality code across the entire stack (Frontend, Backend, and Database). * **Architecture & Design:** Contribute to the architectural vision of our platform, ensuring that our systems are scalable, secure, and maintainable. * **Feature Ownership:** Lead the development of new features from conceptualization and requirements gathering through to production deployment and monitoring. * **Code Excellence:** Conduct thorough code reviews, promote best practices in software design patterns, and advocate for clean, testable code. * **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. * **Mentorship:** Act as a technical mentor to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. * **Performance Optimization:** Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimize database queries, and improve overall system latency. * **Operational Excellence:** Participate in an on-call rotation and contribute to incident response and post-mortem analysis to improve system reliability. ### Required Qualifications * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience). * **Experience:** 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development. * **Technical Proficiency:** * **Frontend:** Advanced proficiency with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) and state management libraries. * **Backend:** Strong experience with at least one backend language and framework (e.g., Node.js/Express, Python/Django/FastAPI, Go, or Java/Spring Boot). * **Databases:** Solid understanding of relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Redis) database design and optimization. * **APIs:** Experience designing, building, and documenting RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs. * **Cloud & Infrastructure:** Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). * **DevOps Mindset:** Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (unit, integration, E2E), and version control systems (Git). * **Soft Skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. * **Problem-Solving:** Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues in distributed systems. ### Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have) * Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems. * Familiarity with serverless technologies and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi). * Experience contributing to open-source projects or active participation in the developer community. * Background in [Industry-specific domain, e.g., FinTech, SaaS, Healthcare]. --- **Why Join Us?** [Insert a brief paragraph about the company culture, mission, benefits, and why a talented engineer would want to work at your organization. e.g., "We offer a flexible work environment, competitive salary, comprehensive health benefits, and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology that impacts thousands of users."] *Company [Name] is an equal opportunity employer.
