Robotics trainer

## About the Role OLL is looking for a Robotics Trainer to lead STEM education initiatives in Ludhiana. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality robotics and AI sessions to students while supporting school faculty in curriculum implementation. This role is essential for ensuring our students receive hands-on, engaging technical training using OLL’s established resources. ## What You'll Do * Conduct AI, Robotics, and STEM sessions for students according to the school timetable using OLL’s curriculum and kits. * Train and guide school faculty on curriculum delivery, kit usage, and technical troubleshooting. * Simplify complex technical concepts for diverse age groups and skill levels through hands-on workshops and demos. * Manage, set up, and maintain classroom equipment and kits before and after each session. * Track student attendance and progress, and coordinate logistics with school points-of-contact. * Provide regular feedback to the OLL program team regarding curriculum delivery and learner engagement. ## What We're Looking For * Proficiency in Robotics, Electronics, and AI. * Ability to adapt technical instruction for both children and adults. * Strong communication skills to represent OLL professionally on school premises. * Experience in managing classroom equipment and executing hands-on technical activities. * Compensation: 250,000–300,000 per annum. ## Location & Work Mode * Location: Ludhiana (On-site) ## Employment Type * Full-Time
