Academic Counsellor

## About the Role We are hiring an Academic Counsellor to join our EdTech team in Tirupati. You will act as the primary point of contact for students and parents, guiding them toward the right competitive exam programs and driving admissions. ## What You'll Do * Advise students and parents on JEE, NEET, and other competitive exam programs. * Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to final admission conversion. * Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students. * Build and maintain strong relationships with families to ensure long-term satisfaction. * Meet assigned monthly sales and admission targets. ## What We're Looking For * Fluency in Telugu (Mandatory). * Strong communication and convincing skills. * Target-oriented mindset. * Sales, counselling, or customer-facing experience is preferred and must be compulsorily from Edtech background. * Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply. ## Nice to Have * Prior experience in sales or student counselling. ## Location & Work Mode * Tirupati ## How to Apply Interested candidates, please share your CV with Sourav Guha at 9903412271.
