window System Administrator

As a Windows System Administrator L2, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configure on, and reliable opera on of computer systems, network servers, and virtualize on. You will work closely with the IT team to ensure smooth opera on of all systems and networks, diagnosing and resolving hardware, so ware, and end-user problems. Responsibility es: System Maintenance and Configure on: • Install, configure, and maintain Windows opera ng systems and applica ons. • Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and availability. • Perform regular system updates and upgrades. Server Administrate on: • Manage Windows servers, including Ac ve Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file servers. • Configure and maintain virtualize on platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V. • Implement and manage backup and recovery solutions. Network Management: • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues. • Configure and maintain network switches, routers, and firewalls. • Implement and maintain VPN solutions for remote access. Security Compliance: • Implement security measures to protect systems and data from unauthorized access. • Monitor systems for security breaches and respond to incidents promptly. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regula ons. User Support: • Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and so ware issues. • Assist in the setup and configure on of new user accounts and devices. • Train users on basic system usage and best practices. Documenta on and Reporting: • Maintain accurate documenta on of system configura ons, procedures, and troubleshoo ng steps. • Generate reports on system performance, security incidents, and user support ac vi es. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Informa on Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Proven experience as a Windows System Administrator or similar role. • Strong knowledge of Windows Server opera ng systems (2008/2012/2016/2019). • Experience with Ac ve Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and other Windows server roles. • Familiarity with virtualize on technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. • Knowledge of network protocols and services (TCP/IP, VPN, VLANs, etc.). • Experience with security tools and prac ces, such as firewalls, an virus so ware, and intrusion detect on/preven on systems. • Excellent troubleshoot ng and problem-solving skills. • Strong communicate on and interpersonal abili es.
