HforHire OS delivers purely cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products, including AI candidate vector matching credits, subscription tiers, and candidate recommendation badges.

No physical goods, paper documents, or tangible products are shipped or delivered via physical mail carriers.

3. Access & Confirmation

Upon successful payment via our secure payment gateway, you will receive:

• Instant automated allocation of your purchased AI credits directly in your Recruiter Control Tower wallet.
• A digital transaction receipt emailed to your registered user account email address.
• Immediate access to AI candidate matching engines and CV downloads.

4. Support & Non-Delivery Resolution

In the unlikely event that your digital credits or subscription access are not credited within 24 hours of a successful transaction, please email our delivery desk at billing@hforhire.in with your payment order reference ID for immediate manual fulfillment.
