1. Subscription Cancellation Policy
Recruiters can cancel their recurring monthly subscription (Pro Starter ₹1,799, Growth Accelerator ₹2,499, or Enterprise Authority ₹3,099) at any time through their account billing portal.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid monthly billing cycle.
- You will retain full access to your remaining AI Credits, CV downloads, and candidate search engines until your billing period expires.
- No further auto-renewal charges will occur once canceled.
2. Digital Services & Non-Refundable Policy
HforHire OS operates as a real-time digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. Because computational resources, vector index embeddings, PDF parsing algorithms, and cloud server capacities are allocated immediately upon transaction:
- Digital Credits & Subscriptions: Once AI Credits, job posting slots, or candidate contact unlocks are provisioned to an account, subscription payments and credit purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Candidate Verified Badge (₹99): The optional ₹99 Candidate Verified Talent Badge covers immediate 3x vector rank indexing and authenticity verification sweeps. This one-time fee is non-refundable once computational processing completes.

HforHire OS equips enterprise hiring teams with world-class AI candidate vector discovery, high-dimensional similarity matching, and automated 24h availability sweeps. However, HforHire OS acts strictly as an AI sourcing technology provider and does NOT guarantee specific candidate hiring outcomes, interview acceptances, or employment contracts.Interview decisions, candidate willingness, salary negotiations, and final employment agreements rest entirely between the hiring organization and the independent candidates. Refunds are not issued based on candidate response rates or hiring outcomes.

HforHire OS provides job seekers with 100% Free profile creation, AI resume indexing, direct enterprise recruiter visibility, and an optional Gold Verified Talent Badge (₹99) for 3x match priority. However, HforHire OS does NOT guarantee job offers, interview selections, or guaranteed placements. Hiring decisions are made independently by enterprise recruiters based on their organization's internal requirements. Refunds are not issued based on job application results.
5. Duplicate Charges & Technical Errors
In the event of a proven duplicate charge, unauthorized transaction, or technical billing failure (such as money debited without credits issued), our billing team will review and issue a 100% refund back to the original payment method (UPI, Card, Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days.
