1. Subscription Cancellation Policy (Duration & Terms)
Recruiters can cancel their recurring subscription at any time through their billing portal or within 24 hours of purchase prior to consuming computational credits.
- Cancellation requests submitted within 24 hours of purchase prior to credit consumption cancel the auto-renewal immediately.
- For cancellations submitted mid-cycle, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle.
- You will retain full access to your remaining AI Credits and candidate search tools until your active billing period expires.
- No further auto-renewal charges will occur once canceled.
2. Digital Services & Non-Refundable Policy
HforHire OS operates as a real-time digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. Because computational resources, vector index embeddings, PDF parsing algorithms, and cloud server capacities are allocated immediately upon transaction:
- Digital Credits & Subscriptions: Once AI Credits, job posting slots, or candidate contact unlocks are provisioned to an account, subscription payments and credit purchases are final and non-refundable once services have been used.
- Candidate Recommendation Badge (₹99): The optional ₹99 Candidate Recommendation Badge covers immediate 3x vector rank indexing and profile recommendation processing. This one-time fee is non-refundable once recommendation processing completes.
Recruiter Sourcing Scope & No-Guaranteed-Placement Disclaimer
HforHire OS equips business hiring teams with AI candidate vector discovery, high-dimensional similarity matching, and automated 24h availability sweeps. However, HforHire OS acts strictly as an AI sourcing technology provider and does NOT guarantee specific candidate hiring outcomes, interview acceptances, or employment contracts.Interview decisions, candidate willingness, salary negotiations, and final employment agreements rest entirely between the hiring organization and the independent candidates. Refunds are not issued based on candidate response rates or hiring outcomes.
Candidate Network Scope & No-Guaranteed-Offer Disclaimer
HforHire OS provides job seekers with 100% Free profile creation, AI resume indexing, direct business recruiter visibility, and an optional Gold Recommended Talent Badge (₹99) for 3x match priority. However, HforHire OS does NOT guarantee job offers, interview selections, or guaranteed placements.Hiring decisions are made independently by business recruiters based on their organization's internal requirements. Refunds are not issued based on job application results.
5. Billing Errors, Refund Duration & Mode of Refund
In the event of a proven duplicate charge, payment deduction without credit issuance, or technical transaction error:
- Refund Request Duration: Customers must notify our support team within 7 days of the transaction date.
- Refund Processing Timeline & Mode: Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days.
