1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the HforHire OS platform (accessible at https://hforhire.in), associated APIs, recruiter dashboards, and candidate portals, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.

2. Description of Platform Services

HforHire OS provides an AI-powered talent sourcing and recruiting infrastructure platform that includes:

• High-dimensional vector similarity matching via PostgreSQL pgvector.
• Automated PDF resume parsing and metadata extraction.
• Global Candidate Talent Pool indexing and discovery network.
• 24h zero-ghosting availability verification sweep pings.
• Recruiter processing decks and multitenant isolated candidate workspaces.

3. Recruiter Subscriptions & AI Credits Policy

HforHire OS operates on a credit-based subscription model for enterprise recruiters:

• Free Starter Trial: Includes 100 Free AI Engine Credits (limited to 1 trial per recruiter organization).
• Pro Starter (₹1,799 / month): Includes 1,000 AI Engine Credits, Unlimited Job Postings, 40 CV Downloads + Views.
• Growth Accelerator (₹2,499 / month): Includes 1,625 AI Engine Credits, Unlimited Job Postings, 65 CV Downloads + Views, Real-Time Identity Unlocks, and 24h Availability Verification.
• Enterprise Authority (₹3,099 / month): Includes 2,000 AI Engine Credits, Unlimited Job Postings, 80 CV Downloads + Views, Custom Processing Deck Partition, and Dedicated Account Management.
• Credit Formula: 1 Resume Ingestion = 25 AI Credits. Vector searches, candidate filtering, and AI job description generation remain 100% free.

4. Candidate Terms & Optional ₹99 Visibility Booster

Job seeker accounts and resume submissions are 100% Free forever. Candidates may optionally purchase the Verified Talent Badge & 3x Visibility Booster (₹99 one-time):

• The ₹99 booster displays a Gold Verified Checkmark Badge on recruiter vector search results.
• Grants 3x priority rank positioning in similarity match streams.
• Purchases are optional and non-refundable once verification processing completes.

5. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Upload fraudulent, illegal, or malicious files into processing decks.
• Attempt to bypass multitenant cryptographic isolation or reverse-engineer vector embeddings.
• Scrape candidate PII without authorized credit unlocks.

6. Termination & Account Purge

Candidates may purge their identity records and vectors at any time via the Candidate Dashboard. HforHire OS reserves the right to suspend accounts violating acceptable use policies.
